About the Presenter

Karl F. Muller

Karl F. Muller, President and founder of The Muller Group, has dedicated the last 25 years to the assessment, design and execution of high performance gainsharing systems to drive organizational performance and results. His firm has consulted to thousands of senior managers and their organizations.

Karl's professional background began in manufacturing and progressed through a range of senior management positions. Having the opportunity to successfully utilize gainsharing strategies convinced him of the value of the approach. Karl left the industry in 1982 to begin a career of assisting other organizations in their pursuit of employee performance.

Twenty five years of experience, having consulted to hundreds of private and public corporations representing both the manufacturing and service sectors, addressing thousands of senior mangers, and having presented before a multitude of public speaking forums, Karl is now presenting a series of online seminars entitled “The Role of Gainsharing in Driving Organizational Performance”.

One of Karl's favorite authors, C.S. Lewis, speaks about words losing their meaning over time. In that light, Karl cautions decision makers not to confuse The Muller Group's use of the word "Gainsharing" with the generic use bantered around these days, guaranteeing that these online lectures will prove to be a refreshing and energetic approach to improving your business results.
