Kevin Paulsen
A consultant since 1985, Kevin has assisted hundreds of companies, principally in manufacturing, as-well-as service and construction industries. These businesses have ranged in size from $500,000 to over $1B in sales. His specialties are in the areas of gainsharing, organizational planning, wage and incentive systems, performance management, and leadership assessment and development. Kevin has been a frequent speaker for trade associations and service clubs including the Society of CPA’s, Society for Human Resource Management and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Kevin holds a B.B.A. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa. His certifications include the SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) and CMC (Certified Management Consultant). Kevin is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, World at Work (formerly ACA), Society for Human Resource Management, and the Institute of Management Accountants.
