John Ingold

John Ingold brings 25 years of hands on experience with gainsharing. As a plant manager of an Indiana based manufacturing firm, he participated in the development of a gainsharing system and was directly responsible for eight years of its operation and success.

Since 1987 John has been a gainsharing consultant, leading or assisting in the design and implementation of 150 plus gainsharing systems throughout the United States and Canada. A graduate of Manchester College and Purdue University, John manages our office which is near Fort Wayne, Indiana.
