The EquiShare System

Focusing on Fundamentals, the Equishare System deploys a four-part strategy to drive winning organizational performance:

  • Define Organizational Performance – in a clear, concise, universally understood manner. Equishare utilizes the four most critical factors of your operating/ financial performance in a unique, dollar-based, relational metric. This definition is taught to and understood by all employees. Most importantly, the Equishare Metric offers an extremely high mathematical correlation to over-all financial results. In other words, this relational metric is THE determining variable in profitability. Without the complication, misunderstanding, and distraction in the details of the entire financial statement. The Equishare metric becomes the centerpiece of the effort.
  • Measure – these critical factors that drive winning performance—constantly, visually, and energetically. What is the score? How much time is left? How far to the goal? Are we winning or losing? Employees need to have an emotional reaction to business outcomes and performance… linked to their compensation…  real time.
  • Pursue – the game plan. Utilizing a tightly focused, tactical, visible leadership strategy and effort that will train leaders, create awareness, identify opportunities, deploy resources, flex the organization, remove barriers, find solutions, and achieve gains.  Performance-based compensation IS NOT a substitution for leadership.
  • Reward – success, by linking every employee’s pay to business results, on a monthly basis, via the Equishare Compensation Formula. Utilizing methods proven to favorably drive the behavior and performance of associates. Providing real compensation opportunity for achieving real results, clearly identified on the financials. One team, one goal, this month… every month!
